• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA requirements.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session for regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to twenty-four (24) months and then anonymised or deleted.

tg776 will respond to all valid data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request involves a large volume of data or is particularly complex, tg776 may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, notifying you of the extension and the reason. These services are provided free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with tg776's response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

tg776 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. As part of the registration process, tg776 requires confirmation of age at the point of registration and conducts identity verification to confirm the stated age. Where tg776 discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will:

1. Immediately close the account;
2. Reverse any deposits made by the underage individual to the payment method of origin;
3. Delete all personal data associated with that account, subject to any mandatory regulatory retention obligation; and
4. Notify PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.

tg776 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection equivalent to that required by the DPA. The tg776 Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers (GCash, Maya), game software platforms, and customer support tools. This Privacy Policy applies only to tg776's own data processing activities.

tg776 does not control the data practices of third-party services. When you interact with a third-party service accessed through or in connection with tg776, that party's own privacy policy governs its data collection and use. tg776 encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your tg776 account.

tg776 conducts due diligence on third-party service providers before engaging them and requires them to maintain appropriate data protection standards as a condition of their engagement.
